Classroom Treasure Hunt Ideas for Teachers

A classroom treasure hunt gives a group a shared problem to solve. Plan a short route through familiar, accessible parts of the room and organize students into small teams. A teacher can combine the trail with number patterns, vocabulary, science facts or observation. Check each question for the students’ age and explain how the teams should take turns. Give each group its first clue and keep the answer guide for yourself. Set boundaries, avoid interrupting other classes and check that all students can reach the hiding places safely. CluePup lets you personalize a printable kit. The optional Learning mode can include questions, while a Treasure Hunt follows riddles from one location to the next.
